On December 26, 2021, the 10th Sichuan Provincial Primary and Secondary School Students Art Exhibition and Performance Activity, drama and recitation special exhibition and performance were successfully concluded in Zigong City. According to the requirements of this exhibition, a total of 136 drama and recitation programs were submitted in the province, and 41 first prizes, 55 second prizes and 40 third prizes were awarded through expert review. The campus drama "Crown without a Crown", which was performed by 8 students from Chengdu Shishi Union Middle School, stood out among many provincial and municipal works and won the "First Prize of junior high school group" in the drama special.

It is understood that "Crown without a Crown" tells the inspirational story of the daily training and life of the members of the school's track and field team, and expresses the athletes' deep love for athletics by showing the athletes' experience of always maintaining a high morale and overcoming injuries and winning the championship, and highlights the spiritual belief of contemporary middle school students not to forget their original intentions, courage to fight, and unity. This play has won unanimous praise from the judges because it is close to the actual life of students, the content is positive and uplifting, and the students' performances are engaged and infectious.
According to the relevant person in charge of the school, the participating plays took about 1 year from script writing, casting, rehearsal, district and municipal video selection to provincial exhibitions. In order to make the play show the best effect, each participating student actively rehearsed in his spare time and holiday time, and the excellent results were inseparable from the hard work of the crew students and the strong support of parents. In the future, the school will continue to adhere to the fundamental task of Lide Tree, and will also take this exhibition as an opportunity to continue to deepen the popularity and coverage of students' artistic activities, and comprehensively enhance students' aesthetic taste and humanistic literacy with aesthetic education and wisdom.
