Disodium EDTA-2Na, also known as EDTA-2Na, is widely used as a food additive as a stabilizer, antioxidant, preservative, chelating agent, to prevent discoloration, deterioration, turbidity and oxidative loss of vitamins caused by metal ions. The National Standard for Food Safety and the Standard for the Use of Food Additives (GB 2760-2014) stipulate that the disodium EDTA of preserved fruits (preserved sweet potato fruits only) should be ≤ 0.25g/kg. Disodium EDTA is excreted without decomposition in the human body, which will cause calcium deficiency in the human body, and can also cause temporary blood pressure drop and kidney disorders. In order to prevent oxidation discoloration and antiseptics, some production enterprises use disodium EDTA in excess of candied food, or due to inaccurate measuring instruments and incorrect addition methods, the disodium EDTA in the final product exceeds the standard.

3. Guang'an Qianfeng District Juhong Food Co., Ltd. production, Shenzhen Longgang District Longgang Huaxing store business sales of amber dried tofu (spicy taste 160 grams / pack), sorbic acid and its potassium salt (in terms of sorbic acid, food safety relevant national standards stipulate "shall not be used", measured value / label value: 0.0832 (g / kg) does not meet the national food safety standards;

Sorbic acid and potassium sorbate are food preservatives with a wide range of bacteriostatic effects and mildew resistance. Sorbic acid can participate in normal metabolism in the body, almost harmless to the human body, as long as it is used within the scope of use of national standards and the amount of use does not affect human health, but the product clearly does not add preservatives but the actual detection is easy to mislead consumers. Long-term consumption of foods that are not qualified for sorbic acid may have a certain impact on the body's bone growth, kidneys, and liver health.

4. The Twist King cake (130 g/pack) produced by Dongguan Fenggang Jiuxiang Food Factory and operated and sold by Jialong Confectionery Co., Ltd. in Longgang District, Shenzhen City, has a peroxide value (marked by fat≤0.25 (g/100g, measured value: 1.4 (g/100g) does not meet the national food safety standards;

The peroxide value mainly reflects whether the oil in the food is oxidized and deteriorated. As the oil is oxidized, the peroxide value gradually increases. The National Standard for Food Safety in Pastries and Bread (GB 7099-2015) stipulates that the peroxide value of pastries (in terms of fat) should be ≤ 0.25g/100g. Eating foods with excessive peroxide values may cause gastrointestinal discomfort, diarrhea and other symptoms.

5. Eggs sold by Shenzhen Liuqianguan Catering Management Co., Ltd. Rongyue Restaurant, fipronil (food safety national standards stipulate value≤ 0.02 (mg/kg, measured value: 0.90 (mg/kg); sulfonamides (total amount, food safety national standards stipulate "shall not be detected", measured value: 4.75 (μg/kg), both indicators do not meet the national food safety standards;

Fipronil is a phenylpyrazole insecticide. The Maximum Residue Limit of Pesticides in Food Safety National Standards (GB 2763-2019) stipulates that the fipronil of eggs should be ≤ 0.02mg/kg. The World Health Organization says that a high intake of foods containing high concentrations of fipronil can damage the liver, thyroid and kidneys.

6. The dried lilies sold by Hongda Grain Wholesale Bank in Futian District, Shenzhen City, the residual amount of sulfur dioxide (the value specified in the relevant national standards for food safety≤ 0.2 (g/kg, measured value: 0.30 (g/kg) does not meet the provisions of the national food safety standards;

7. The dried lilies and sulfur dioxide residues (specified in the relevant national standards for food safety) of dried lilies and sulfur dioxide residues operated and sold by Xinglong Xianxian Wholesale and Retail Stores in Bao'an District, Shenzhen City≤ are 0.2 (g/kg, measured values: 2.34 (g/kg) do not meet the national food safety standards;

8. The dried lilies and sulfur dioxide residues (specified in the relevant national standards for food safety) of dried lilies and sulfur dioxide (specified in the relevant national standards for food safety≤0.2 (g/kg, measured value: 1.98 (g/kg) do not meet the provisions of the national food safety standards;

12. Dried lilies sold by Meilian grocery stalls in Guangming District, Shenzhen City, sulfur dioxide residue (food safety national standards stipulated value≤ 0.2 (g/kg, measured value: 2.16 (g/kg) does not meet the national food safety standards;

Sulfur dioxide residues, sulfur dioxide residues in food usually refer to sulfur dioxide, sulfur and sodium metabisulfite, potassium metabisulfite, sodium sulfite, sodium bisulfite, sodium hyposulfite and other inorganic sulfite residues. The National Standard for Food Safety and the Standard for the Use of Food Additives (GB 2760-2014) stipulate that the residual amount of sulfur dioxide in dried vegetables should be ≤ 0.2 g/kg. People who have an allergic reaction to sulfur dioxide (such as asthma sufferers) may experience allergic symptoms such as asthma, headache or nausea if they eat foods that exceed sulfur dioxide. If a large amount of sulfur dioxide residue exceeds the standard food for a long time, it may cause harm to human health, and its toxicity is manifested as gastrointestinal reactions, such as nausea and vomiting. In addition, it will also affect calcium absorption, resulting in the loss of calcium in the body.

13. The acid price of black sesame seeds operated and sold by Zhongyicheng Food Trading Company in Futian District, Shenzhen (in terms of fat, the relevant national standards for food safety≤3 (mg/g, measured value: 5.1 (mg/g) does not meet the provisions of national food safety standards;

Acid value, also known as acid value, mainly reflects the degree of rancidity of oils and fats in food. "National Standard for Food Safety Nuts and Seeds" GB 19300-2014 stipulates that the acid price (in terms of fat) of raw dried nuts and seed foods should be ≤3mg/g. Excessive acid price will lead to food has a harrah's taste, the resulting aldehydes, ketones, acids will destroy fat-soluble vitamins, will lead to gastrointestinal discomfort symptoms, especially for the elderly, pregnant women, children with weak resistance is more obvious.

18. Black sesame walnut black bean powder (600g/can) produced by Regiman (Guangzhou) Biotechnology Co., Ltd. and operated and sold by Shenzhen Guzhiyoupin Food Technology Co., Ltd., coliform bacteria (relevant national standards for food safety: n=5, c=2, m=10, M=10² (CFU/g), measured values: 1.8×10², <10, <10, 2.8×10², 73 (CFU/g) do not meet the national food safety standards;

Coliform bacteria are one of the commonly used indicator bacteria for food contamination at home and abroad. Coliform bacteria detected in food suggest a greater likelihood of contamination by pathogenic bacteria (e.g., Salmonella, Shigella, pathogenic E. coli). The National Standard for Food Safety for Blended Cereal Products (GB 19640-2016) stipulates that 5 samples are taken from a batch of products, and this situation is allowed if the test results of 5 samples are less than or equal to the m value (≤ 10CFU/g); if the results of ≤ 2 samples (X) are between the m value and the M value (10CFU/g<X≤102CFU/g), this situation is also allowed; if there are 3 or more samples whose test results are between the m value and the M value, This is not allowed, nor is it allowed if any sample has a test result greater than the M value (>102CFU/g). The detection of unqualified coliform bacteria in food suggests that the food may be contaminated with intestinal pathogenic bacteria, and people may have vomiting, diarrhea and other digestive symptoms after eating.
