On January 4, Bloomage Bio released an advertisement saying that Li Huiliang, deputy general manager, chief technology officer and core technical personnel of the company, resigned from the position of deputy general manager and chief technology officer of the company for personal reasons, and will no longer be the core technical personnel of the company, and he will no longer hold any position in the company and its subsidiaries after resignation.

On January 6, Oneview Commercial learned that Li Huiliang had now joined Huaxizi. In the relevant media to himself to verify, his response said that the news is true.

According to public information, Li Huiliang graduated from the School of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, engaged in cosmetics research and development for more than 30 years, and is the first generation of cosmetic technology research and development personnel after China's reform and opening up. During his career, he participated in the research and development of Shanghai Jahwa's Liushen, Meganet, Herborist, Gaofu, Yuze, Qichu and other brand products.

In December 2018, Li Huiliang joined Bloomage Biotech as the company's deputy general manager, chief technology officer, and is a core technical staff of Bloomage Biotech. During his tenure, Li Huiliang was mainly responsible for the management of the Shanghai R&D Center, including forward-looking thinking and discussion of the market, innovative product technology and selling points, and the rational setting of the department's organizational structure and positions according to the company's policy and department needs.

It is reported that after joining Zhejiang Yige Enterprise Management Group, Li Huiliang will be responsible for the company's brand research and support the construction of brand oriental culture.

According to public information, Yige Group has 2 major brands of Huaxizi and OGP Time Muscle, founded in 2017, with the brand positioning of "Oriental Makeup, Flower Makeup", in the course of 4 years of development, it has grown into the head brand in the field of Chinese makeup; OGP Time Muscle was listed in 2019 and is a beauty brand with anti-aging repair as the core goal.

Judging from Li Huiliang's past research and development history, most of them are mainly skin care products, and joining Zhejiang Yige Group may be Huaxizi's next step to focus on the layout of skin care tracks.

In addition, since 2021, the industry has been circulating speculation that Huaxizi is about to raise funds and go public, if it is listed, its scientific research background, brand structure and profitability will soon be the biggest test, and Li Huiliang may be Huaxizi's measures to solve this problem.
