Recently, the revised Measures for the Administration of Scoring of Road Traffic Safety Violations (hereinafter referred to as the Measures) were deliberated and passed, which will be implemented from April 1, 2022.

1. Adjustment of scoring scores
The previous car deduction value was 12, 6, 3, 2, 1, and after adjustment, according to the severity of the traffic violation, the score of a single demerit was 12, 9, 6, 3, 1 point.
In other words, 2 points have been cancelled and 9 points have been added.
The method has changed a lot in the details, and Brother K gives a few common examples. For example, driving a motor vehicle that does not match the type of quasi-driving car is changed from a deduction of 12 points to a deduction of 9 points, so that there is no need to re-study Subject 1.
There are also driving motor vehicles on the highway or urban expressway illegal parking, the original deduction of 6 points, the new traffic regulations changed to deduct 9 points, this wave of K brother must be praised.
There are often people who do not die on the highway to stop illegally, not to say that they are directly parked on the main road, and there are many people parked in the prohibited parking area, causing serious safety hazards.
A deduction of 9 points can also warn of the seriousness of illegal parking at high speed from the regulations.
In addition, driving a motor vehicle that does not have a motor vehicle number plate or deliberately obscures or defaces the number plate of the motor vehicle on the road is also changed from 12 points to 9 points.

2. Speeding score and rule adjustment
The new traffic regulations have been greatly adjusted for speeding, first of all, the scoring starting line, and the original traffic rules are not more than 10%, no points are deducted or fined. For example, many people receive speeding text messages that exceed the prescribed speed by more than 20% per hour and do not reach 50%.
Then the method has raised the scoring threshold to 20%, that is to say, after April 1, there is no deduction of points and no fines for speeding within 20%, of course, violations still have to be counted!
If you convert it to speed, you can drive up to 132km/h on the original highway without deducting points and not imposing fines, and you can drive to 144km/h after April 1.

3. Demerit deduction
