I got this book one night five or six years ago, when I was lying in the sleeper compartment of a train. I got a call from a bookseller who said he had a copy and asked me if I wanted it? After listening to the introduction, I decided to book it on the phone. I didn't expect it to be such a new book. Although, there are several "interesting" illustrations in the book.
