1. Ask about epidemic prevention

For the elderly, children, pregnant women, etc. in the process of emergency treatment, 48 hours of nucleic acid will become a "life card".
Why, when formulating the 48-hour nucleic acid epidemic prevention regulations, did not specifically state that in the process of implementing the 48-hour nucleic acid regulations, the executive departments, units and communities at all levels should open green channels for the elderly, children, and pregnant women to first rescue patients due to illness, and at the same time carry out further targeted epidemic prevention measures?
