On December 30, Chengguan Town held a party committee (expanded) meeting to study and convey the spirit of the eleventh plenary session of the 13th provincial party committee, and arranged to deploy the whole town to study, publicize and implement the work. The plenary session fully affirmed the achievements made by Qinghai Province in economic and social development over the past year, deeply analyzed the current economic situation on the basis of profoundly summing up this year's development experience, and comprehensively deployed next year's economic work, which gave us a strong political, theoretical, strategic, and guiding nature for us to strengthen confidence, gather strength, and continue to struggle to accomplish various development tasks next year, and provide a powerful ideological weapon and a scientific action guide for doing a good job in the work at present and for some time to come.

The meeting demanded that all party (general) branches should make scientific plans and meticulously organize, and rapidly rise up the upsurge of studying, publicizing, and implementing the spirit of the eleventh plenary session of the thirteenth session of the provincial party committee.
