Recently, the reporter learned from the interview of the District Science and Technology Bureau that after the deliberation and approval of the executive meeting of the provincial government, the Zhejiang Modern Textile Technology Innovation Center (Jianhu Laboratory) in our district was successfully selected as the first batch of six provincial-level technology innovation centers in the province, and was the only one selected unit in the city.
As we all know, the modern textile industry is the traditional advantageous industry in our region, and it is also one of the four world-class advanced manufacturing clusters in the "415" advanced manufacturing cluster system in our province.
In order to promote the high-quality development of the modern textile industry, in 2020, the Keqiao District Government and Zhejiang Sci-Tech University officially launched the construction of the Jianhu Laboratory; in 2021, around the applied research of the modern textile industry, the District Government and Zhejiang Sci-Tech University signed a strategic cooperation agreement to jointly build the Zhejiang Modern Textile Technology Innovation Center (Jianhu Laboratory), further deepening the construction of the innovation center.
The selection of the first batch of provincial-level technology innovation centers in the province marks that the Zhejiang Modern Textile Technology Innovation Center is poised to start a new journey, and will also bring new opportunities for the quality and efficiency of the modern textile industry in our region to improve quality and efficiency, and green development.
It is reported that the innovation center will build a high-energy technology innovation platform for green intelligent processing technology of textile materials for the modern textile industry, including three major research institutes and a public innovation service platform such as fiber materials and preparation technology, textile molding and green creation, textile equipment and intelligent manufacturing, and supporting testing centers, intermediate inspection bases, industrial accelerators, incubation parks, research talent training bases, academic exchanges and technology trading platforms and other facilities.
At present, our district has set up a special class for promoting the construction of the innovation center, and Zhejiang Sci-Tech University has also set up a special class with two vice presidents as the double team leaders, and set up working groups accordingly to ensure the orderly progress of the construction of the innovation center.
In order to actively introduce high-quality innovation resources, the Innovation Center will explore the establishment of a flexible entry and exit mechanism for talents (teams), and accurately introduce innovative teams at different levels such as academicians (associate academicians), high-end talent innovation teams, and other innovation teams in the form of project systems. At present, the innovation center has hired academician Chen Wenxing as the chief scientist, and 4 academicians such as Yu Shuhong, Ni Qingqing, Mei Shunqi and Gao Congwei as scientists, and fully promoted the establishment and operation of the three major research institutes and public innovation service platforms.
At the same time, the innovation center will effectively integrate a number of textile schools and research institutes that have settled in Keqiao, consolidate the innovative development pattern of "multi-base and networked", and maximize the agglomeration effect of modern textile innovation resources.
"We will actively seize the opportunity of being selected as the first batch of provincial-level technological innovation centers in the province, further clarify the target positioning, deepen mechanism innovation, and accelerate the construction of a new model of efficient operation and management of platform sharing and technology sharing."
