As a long-standing folk culture symbol, zodiac culture is an important part of the traditional culture of the Chinese nation. Since 1980, China Post has issued special stamps of the Chinese zodiac every year. On the morning of January 5th, the special stamp of "Year of Nongyin" was first released at Guangzhou Chimelong Wildlife World - Baihu Mountain.
According to reports, the special stamp of "The Year of Nongyin" was created by the famous painter Mr. Feng Dazhong, with a set of 2 stamps and a face value of 2.40 yuan. The stamps continue the design concept of the fourth round of zodiac stamps, interpreting the concepts of "country" and "home".
The first stamp, titled "National Fortune Changlong", depicts the image of a majestic mountain tiger, standing tall and ambitious, conveying the meaning of the country's prosperity and ambition; the second stamp is called "Tiger Yun auspicious", depicting the warm scene of a gentle tiger mother with two small tigers, implying the prosperity of children and grandchildren and a happy family.
This event was specially selected to be held in Chimelong Baihu Mountain, so that the audience could see the majestic and agile image of the tiger on the stamp.
It is reported that in order to welcome the Year of the Tiger, from January 5 to February 20, 2022, Guangzhou Post will also hold the "'Tsubasa Hesui' Guangzhou 2022 World Tiger Stamp Exhibition and Zhou Xiaohu Works Exhibition" at Chimelong Wildlife World. Chimelong Wildlife World has also launched a wealth of park activities, and the newborn Bengal tiger baby will soon meet with tourists.
