Sanxiang Metropolis Daily , New Hunan Client, January 4 (All-media reporter and Tingting correspondent Zhou Zhenxu) just now, the reporter learned from the office of the Changsha Municipal Ecological and Environmental Protection Committee that due to the joint impact of local pollution accumulation and exogenous pollution infiltration, from 4 o'clock on the 4th, the air quality in Changsha city reached heavy pollution. As of 9 o'clock today, the heavy pollution has lasted for 6 hours, and it is expected that the next 2 days may continue to be moderate to heavy pollution.

In order to effectively reduce pollutant emissions, maximize the improvement of ambient air quality, and protect the health of the masses, according to the "Changsha Heavy Pollution Weather Emergency Plan", it was decided to start a yellow warning for heavily polluted weather at 11 o'clock on January 4, 2022, and at the same time launch a yellow (level III) response measure, and on the basis of the yellow warning, take strengthened measures to further reduce pollutant emissions.

It is reported that mandatory pollution control measures include the all-weather prohibition of muck trucks, concrete mixer trucks, sand and gravel transport vehicles and other engineering transport vehicles in the western, northern and southern sections of the Ring Expressway and the beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Expressway enclosed area (excluding border roads); the start of traffic restriction measures in the western section, north section and south section of the National I and China II emission standard gasoline vehicles and the Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Expressway enclosed area (excluding border roads); highlighting the three levels of "east-west forbidden bridge tunnels, north-south forbidden roads, and key parts of the forbidden area". Strengthen the control of the passage of high-polluting vehicles in urban areas; suspend the operation of non-road mobile construction machinery at construction sites.

In addition, according to the forecast of Changsha Ecological Environment Monitoring Center of Hunan Province and Changsha Meteorological Observatory, today (4th) daytime: heavy pollution; tomorrow (5th): heavy pollution in the early stage, precipitation has been reduced after increasing, and the daily average is moderate- heavy pollution.
