Kojima Studios' official Twitter announcement announced that Death Stranded Director's Cut will hit the PC platform in the spring of 2022 and will be available on Steam and epic marketplaces at the same time.
Death Stranded Director's Cut Edition, which previously landed on the PS5 platform in September 2021, is a fully upgraded version of Death Stranding, the game has achieved improved picture quality and frame rate, and shortened the game loading time, and supports haptic feedback and adaptive trigger features on PS5, and the director's cut version has also added new story missions, new enemies and battles, new equipment and buildings, and new mini-games such as shooting ranges and tracks on the basis of the original.
