On January 4, the Huangbei Street People's Congress Working Committee organized relevant units to carry out a meeting on the restoration of land around East Lake Park.
At the meeting, the relevant units clarified the ownership of the land plots involved according to the administrative division map. Subsequently, the Guangling Homestead Industry Committee raised the problems of no lights on the exercise grounds around East Lake Park, insufficient greening of the land, and insufficient thorough removal of construction waste. The Park Management Office and the construction unit replied one by one and promised to improve it as soon as possible.
Qiu Yuhui, deputy to the Luohu District People's Congress and director of the Huangbei Street People's Congress Working Committee, summed up and pointed out: As a custody unit, the East Lake Park Management Office should keep the park ground clean and tidy and orderly, do a good job in the work of training sites and surrounding lights, park toilet sanitation and cleaning, rational placement of sorted garbage bins, and ensure the safety of the surrounding masses; construction units and park management offices should let the masses understand the situation through the construction of parks and the publicity of the street office lobby, and adopt the good opinions and suggestions of the masses, and at the same time, the construction process should be within the scope of blocking, safe, and so on. Grade standards, progress deadlines, etc.; benign interaction with the masses by inviting the masses to visit and understand the progress of construction; the Huangbei Street Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Office should include the plots involved in the scope of supervision and strengthen inspections; it is hoped that the Guangling Owners' Committee can continue to collect social conditions and public opinions, feedback to relevant departments through normal channels, and jointly build a harmonious park.
