The promulgation of a series of documents has solved the problem of not having many ideas and insufficient paths for the asset revitalization of the ownership units. More importantly, it clarifies the asset custody method of the group company, and in line with the principle of "who manages, who revitalizes, who benefits", the net income from the revitalization of idle assets under the name of the group company is treated as the same as the net profit in the annual assessment. While consolidating responsibilities, it has greatly mobilized the enthusiasm of each unit in the asset revitalization and operation work.
Policy guidance has brought remarkable results, so that idle and inefficient assets can be revitalized. In 2021, the Group's new assets were revitalized by 110 million yuan, of which land income was 39.38 million yuan, real estate income was 23.59 million yuan, machinery and equipment income was 2.07 million yuan, and invalid asset disposal income was 46.73 million yuan, making an important contribution to the preservation and appreciation of state-owned assets.
On December 24, 2021, Shandong ushered in a cold wave of weather and widespread snowfall. The maintenance units of Shandong Expressway Group took snow as the order and quickly carried out snow removal and anti-skid operations. The snow melting agent used is the "Yi Rongsu" brand environmentally friendly fast-acting snow melting agent produced by Weihai Development Company.
There is a lot of snowfall in the Yanwei area in winter, known as the "snow nest". This snow melting agent production plant is the result of Weihai Development Company's analysis and judgment of local meteorological characteristics, and the transformation and upgrading of idle factories at toll stations. The plant can produce 100,000 tons of snow melting agent per year, which not only fills the gap in the group company's snow melting agent products, but also takes advantage of the factory's location next to the highway to ensure the supply and transportation of snow melting agent in extreme weather environments. In the future, it will radiate the entire Shandong and the three northeastern provinces through highways and seaport shipping.
Based on the different situations of existing assets, each ownership unit scientifically formulates a revitalization model according to local conditions. Taian Development Company actively broadened its business ideas, took advantage of the geographical advantages to purchase the asphalt mixing station prepared by the original construction party at a low price, and upgraded it, with an average annual output of 150,000 tons. The products can radiate Dongliang Expressway, Jiwei Expressway, G342 Rifeng Line, County and Township Roads, Municipal Road Minor Repair and Maintenance projects, and realize the diversified development of the industry.
As the "hard bone" in the work of asset revitalization, the soil extraction field has been difficult to develop and utilize due to the influence of geographical remoteness and complex land conditions. After coordinating with local governments for many times, the group company and its asset management units successfully completed two cases of government storage work in 2021, and achieved a revitalization income of nearly 17 million yuan.
On November 20, the first large-scale highway slope photovoltaic test project in the province began construction, and the grid-connected power generation was completed on December 31;
