Shen He
Since it is Shen He's special martial arts, it is naturally a perfect fit for Shen He! Shen He E skill long press cooldown 15 seconds, tap cooldown for 10 seconds, basically can do unlimited bonuses! But there are two questions: Does the Ice Plume lock the panel? Is it a collective lock panel, or a single lock panel?
If Bingling is a collective lock panel, Shen He's first round of E will reduce the attack damage bonus by 38.4%. Considering that Ice Plume is most likely not an entity summon, so I personally speculate that Ice Plume will not lock the panel with a high probability, and Shen He's use of [Disaster Relief] is no problem.

Xiangling
Players should pay the most attention to the suitability of Xiangling and this weapon, before it was said that Xiangling is a "weapon master", but this time I am afraid it is not good!
