Intel Preheat 12th Generation Chicken Blood Edition i9-12900KS: Up to 5.5GHz Acceleration

This evening, Intel will release the 12th generation Core desktop version of the non-K series, mobile version, there should be a vPro business version, and a special model: i9-12900KS.

When the 9th generation Core, Intel produced a special edition i9-9900K, and the eight cores can all be accelerated to 5.0GHz, the first time in history to achieve such a height.

In the 10th generation, it was rumored that there would be an i9-10900KS, but it was never released. The 11th generation is not even rumored to be gone.

Now, the i9-12900KS is coming again, and it is said that it can accelerate to the full core 5.2GHz, which is 200MHz higher than the i9-12900K.

Intel officially released a screenshot of the operation today, although it is not explicitly said that it is i9-12900KS, but you can see 8 large cores, 8 small cores, of which the frequency of 1 large core has been as high as the unprecedented 5.5GHz, the other 7 are 5.2GHz, 8 small cores are all accelerated to 4.0GHz, and the core voltage detection is 1.381V.

In contrast, the size of the i9-12900K core can only accelerate to a maximum of 5.2GHz and 3.9GHz, respectively.

The reference power consumption of the i9-12900K is 125W, and the maximum acceleration power consumption is 241W, I don't know how much the i9-12900KS will increase?
