Qin Xiaoping, director of the Oil Painting Art Committee of the Hunan Provincial Association of Straight Calligraphers and Painters; Wen Qingyu, a famous painter and sculptor who is honorary director of the Oil Painting Art Committee of the Hunan Provincial Straight Calligraphers and Painters Association; Qin Hongwei, secretary of the party branch of the Changde City Artists Association and vice chairman of the Municipal Artists Association; Liu Jian, vice chairman of the Huaihua City Artists Association; Hu Lin, vice president of the Huaihua City Chinese Painting Academy; He Yalin, vice chairman of the Changde City Artists Association and director of the Yalin Art Museum; and Li Ke and Ou Ming, famous painters who are deputy directors of the Oil Painting Art Committee of the Hunan Provincial Straight Calligraphers and Painters Association, attended and congratulated them.
