Due to the epidemic, the meeting adopted the offline and online synchronization form for the first time, and the relevant leaders of the Chinese National Orchestra Society and all the leading members of the new Guqin Professional Committee attended the meeting. After the meeting, the list of the fifth organization of the Chinese Piano Association was also announced, among which Li Xin, the sixth generation of the Guqin of the Zhucheng Sect, was elected as the director of the Fifth Chinese Qin Association.
The Chinese National Orchestra Society is a national first-class legal person society approved by the Ministry of Culture of the State Council and registered with the Ministry of Civil Affairs. "Chinese Qin Association" is the abbreviation of the Guqin Professional Committee of the Chinese National Orchestra Society, which was established in 2001. Up to now, Shandong Province has served as 1 standing director and 2 directors in the list of organizations of the Chinese Piano Association.
Li Xin, a Zhucheng native, is the sixth generation inheritor of the Zhucheng School of Guqin. He studied under Gao Peifen, the representative inheritor of the fifth generation of guqin in Zhucheng School in China. In 2012, he was awarded the certificate of inheritor of the Guqin of the Zhucheng Sect of China issued by the Department of Intangible Cultural Heritage of the Ministry of Culture and the Department of Culture of Shandong Province. He is currently a director of the Guqin Professional Committee of the Chinese National Orchestra Society, the vice president of the Guqin Professional Committee of the Shandong National Orchestra Society, the deputy director of the Gao Peifen Guqin Research Center of the Shandong Museum, and the director of the Zhucheng Branch of the Shandong Guqin Society. He is often invited to participate in national, provincial and municipal guqin-related academic seminars and performance exchange activities: in 2012, he was invited to participate in the "Qilu Cross-Strait Cultural Friendship Tour" jointly organized by the Ministry of Culture, the Chinese Cultural Association, the Shandong Provincial People's Government and the Taiwan Affairs Office; in 2013, he participated in the guqin special concert performance held by the Palace Museum; in 2013, he was invited to participate in the "Third Cross-Strait Quansheng Qin Rhyme Guqin Concert" held by the Taiwan Affairs Office of the State Council In 2014, he was invited by Hanban to tour The Confucius Institutes in Thailand, South Africa and other countries; in 2016, he was invited to play the guqin at the opening event of the Jinan International Culture Week; in 2016, he was invited to participate in the opening ceremony of the Beijing Rongbaozhai Li Yansheng Chinese Painting Exhibition; in 2019, he was invited to participate in the "National Treasure Chimes and Zhucheng School Guqin 5G Cross-time and Space Concerto" held by Xinhua Net, China Mobile and Huawei, Shandong Museum and Hubei Museum.
Over the years, she has been committed to inheriting the Zhucheng School guqin culture, opening many Zhucheng School Guqin Public Welfare Teaching Classes and Zhucheng School Guqin Science Popularization Lectures in Jinan, Weifang, Rizhao, Yantai and other places, and opening Zhucheng School Guqin Public Welfare Teaching Classes in Beijing Normal International School and Longyuan Bilingual School.
