Completing the commission of the old troll Kazakus and retrieving the fragment of the Holy Light, Guf and his party began to investigate the oasis of the barren land.
The water of the oasis is filled with elements of anger, and gufs explore that the strange bubbling cracks at the bottom of the pool of oasis may be the source of the power of these angry elements. Guf went into the water and blew open the rift with a depth charge bomb: another fragment of Naru. The power of the fragments seems to be the source of the oasis, and in order to prove this conjecture, the accompanying mage Walden Chenyong proposes to go to the next oasis: the Sweetwater Oasis to investigate again. If the speculation is correct, other oases should also have fragments.
But there is another "little trouble": Sweetwater Oasis is the territory of Kokar's centaurs, and I am afraid that their investigation will turn into an uphill battle. Old Brukan also reminded the young mercenaries.
With the advantage of the minotaur druid and the Kodo Beast's natural bondage, the mercenary squad, with the help of the nearby Kodo Beast army, packed up the Kokar centaurs and learned from their Khan Barak Kodobann about the existence of the nearby Wailing Cave and the spread and void of corrosion in it.
3. The door of the Wailing Cave
Guf felt that the Oasis incident was not simple, and the opportunity to prove himself came, and the mercenary squad followed them to the Wailing Cave. 5. Clear the nightmare and purify everything
The destructive power of the Nightmare is concentrated on a giant fishman, and the Devourer Mutanus has been a widely circulated curse legend in the Barren Lands, and it turns out that it really exists. It comes from the Nightmare of the Great Druid Nala Rex and deters any adventurer who attempts to awaken Nara Rex.
Guf and they cleaned up the Devourer Mutanus, but the nightmare still did not retreat, and Nalarex was still in a state of slumber. With Nara Rex's body, the Void Nightmare intends to devour the invaders, and in the name of Anser (the Sun), Guf begins to correct the power of the Fragments: purifying the Fragments. After some hard work, the fallen Void Fragment was restored by Guf to a normal Sacred Light Fragment, and the crowd was saved from being swallowed up by the Void and Shadows.
