When I was a child, that is, in the early fifties, we had several shops selling Kang Kang steamed buns on Wuli Street (now Wuli Town, Hanbin District, Ankang City), using that kind of old-fashioned tweezers, the top and bottom of the tweezers to burn charcoal, the Kang Kang buns out of the kang on both sides of the crisp yellow, plus two sides of roasted yellow sesame seeds, that is really a fragrant taste!
