Kang Kang Steamed Bun is a special snack of Han Yin folk, which has a history of more than 1,000 years according to relevant historical materials. In 2007, Hanyin Kangfeng was included in the first batch of intangible cultural heritage representatives in Ankang City, and in June 2018, it was evaluated as the intangible cultural heritage of Shaanxi Province.
