Neijiang and Taiwan are separated by thousands of rivers and mountains, but because of the Chinese painting master Zhang Daqian, they have formed a deep love. Recently, with the theme of "Inheriting Daqian Art and Creating Cultural Prosperity", the cross-strait Daqian Cultural and Artistic Exchange Activity was held in Neijiang City, Sichuan Province. More than 120 representatives of the cross-strait art and cultural circles, cultural and tourism cultural and creative circles gathered together to discuss topics such as promoting Daqian culture and empowering urban development, providing suggestions and suggestions for accelerating the excavation and development of Daqian cultural characteristic resources, and continuing to promote the integrated development of cultural industries on both sides of the strait.

Neijiang is the hometown of Mr. Zhang Daqian. In recent years, Neijiang has integrated Daqian culture and art into urban construction, created scenic spots such as Daqian Garden, Zhang Daqian Memorial Hall, Zhang Daqian Art Museum, and developed Daqian series of cultural and creative products, forming a Daqian cultural tourism brand and creating a strong Daqian cultural atmosphere. Many Taiwan compatriots have seized the opportunity to bring the development experience and model of Taiwan's "cultural creativity + tourism" to Daqian's hometown and contribute to building the Neijiang Daqian cultural brand.

Taiwanese businessman Mo Chengfu is one of the "traders" of Taiwan's well-known cultural and creative community "Monster Village", in his view, Neijiang can refer to the Model of "Thick And Heavy, Pretty Marketing" in The European Mozart Town to build a global brand of Daqian culture. "They used Mozart to drive a cultural tourism town, and we used an artist, Zhang Daqian, to drive the development of the city." Mo Chengfu suggested that the display of Daqian culture cannot focus solely on calligraphy and painting, but should face more audiences in the form of digital marketing, so as to attract more young people, drive industrial development by young people, and empower industrial linkage.

As the "leader of cultural and tourism exchanges and cooperation between Sichuan and Taiwan", Xie Baiyuan, a Taiwan compatriot who participated in the cross-strait Cultural and Art Exchange Activity for the third time, paid great attention to the integration of Daqian culture and the development of Neijiang City. "In addition to doing a large scale of cultural industries, we must also increase the introduction of talents." At the exchange meeting, Xie Baiyuan repeatedly mentioned the importance of "youth power", and he hoped that Neijiang would vigorously attract talents with international resources and good at cultural industry management and planning work, form a professional team, actively introduce other excellent cultural resources for Neijiang, and at the same time drive Daqian Culture and other Neijiang cultures to the world. "In addition, we must make full use of the basic advantages of the sugar, xiabu and foundry industries, highlight the characteristics of Neijiang, promote the development of modern cultural industries, and let more young people participate in them." He said.

During the event, the guests also went to neijiang OuHaonian Art Museum, the exchange base of Sichuan Province with Taiwan, to see more than 100 paintings and calligraphy of great artistic value donated by Mr. Ou Haonian, a famous painter in Taiwan, including Zhang Daqian's paintings, and to feel the excellent traditional Chinese culture and humanistic spirit behind the paintings.

"Mr. Daqian was born in Sichuan and is old in Taiwan, and I am a descendant of calligraphy and painting who came from Taiwan and lived in Chengdu." Xiao Wanrong, a young calligrapher and painter in Sichuan and Taiwan, said that Mr. Daqian, as a master figure jointly admired by the art circles on both sides of the strait, is an important link in cross-strait cultural exchanges. "I hope to take this as an opportunity to continue to promote in-depth exchanges and cooperation between Sichuan and Taiwan through Mr. Daqian's sparkling signboard." Xiao Wanrong said.

According to reports, the cross-strait Daqian cultural and artistic exchange activities have been successfully held for seven sessions since 2013, becoming an important brand activity to promote exchanges and cooperation between Sichuan and Taiwan, playing a role in promoting Daqian culture, enhancing exchanges between compatriots, and promoting spiritual harmony, and effectively promoting the economic and cultural integration and development of Neijiang and Taiwan. Up to now, neijiang Taiwanese Industrial Park and 64 Taiwan-funded projects have maintained a good momentum of development, with a cumulative investment of more than 6.5 billion yuan, involving cultural creativity, electronic information, biomedicine and other fields.

"Cross-strait economic and trade cooperation will reach a new high in 2021, giving Taiwan businessmen more confidence in developing on the mainland." Li Wenxun, executive vice president of the All-China Federation of Taiwan Enterprises and president of the Chongqing Municipal Association of Taiwan Enterprises, said that Neijiang, as the hometown of daqian and the central area of the Chengdu-Chongqing Twin Cities Economic Circle, has a relatively high degree of popularity and attention among Taiwan compatriots. "We are currently planning to build a 500-acre factory in Neijiang, hoping to provide a high-quality platform for more Taiwanese businessmen who want to come to Neijiang to land and develop." Li Wenxun said. (Reporter Jin Chen)
