Recently, the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security announced the list of provincial skill master studios in 2021, and 3 studios in our city were selected, namely Jiang Chunming Skill Master Studio of Huayang New Material Technology Group Co., Ltd., Zhang Xue Skill Master Studio of Shanxi Purple Sand Research Institute Co., Ltd., and Jia Xin Skill Master Studio of Yangquan Jia Xin Xiang Wei Culture Co., Ltd.
The provincial skill master studio is a province focusing on industries and enterprises, and the on-the-job workers are urgently needed to carry out skills upgrading training and training, project research, and solve production problems, mainly relying on large and medium-sized enterprises and vocational colleges in the province, and building in departments or practical training bases where skilled talents are intensive and occupations (types of work) are concentrated. Skill masters are required to be high-skilled talents in a certain industry (field) with top skills, exquisite skills, strong innovation and creativity ability and social influence, and rich experience in passing on skills with apprentices. The 2021 Shanxi Provincial Skill Master Studio Construction Project Application was launched in August 2021, with a total of 135 declarations from cities, industries and enterprises in the province, and the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security organized an expert selection meeting to review, and a total of 77 provincial skill master studios were selected.
Jiang Chunming is an employee of Huayang New Material Technology Group Co., Ltd., represented the group in the National Coal Industry Vocational Skills Competition in 2019, won the special prize for comprehensive mining and maintenance electricians, and was named "Coal Industry Skill Master" by the China Coal Industry Association in 2020.
Zhang Xue is the head of Shanxi Purple Sand Research Institute Co., Ltd., since childhood from a number of national senior arts and crafts artists to learn purple sand pot design, production, decoration technology, is committed to revitalizing purple sand culture, promote the development of purple sand industry, his works won 6 national awards, 7 provincial awards, in 2018 was selected as "Three Jin Talents" municipal young outstanding talents, in 2020 was awarded the title of "Yangquan Craftsman".
Jia Xinxin is the fourth generation of the hand-copied classic stele technique (referred to as xiangyi) of the intangible cultural heritage of Shanxi Province, and is the only folk craftsman in the country who can skillfully use the xiangshu technique to copy the stele, and was awarded the title of "Yangquan Craftsman" in 2020, and "Jia Updating the Xiangshu Technique" was selected into the list of intangible cultural heritage of Shanxi Province in 2017.
The studio named after Jiang Chunming, Zhang Xue and Jia Xinxin has made positive contributions to passing on skills with apprentices, driving the development of characteristic industries, and promoting labor employment.
