Beijing time today, according to the official news of Changchun Yatai Club, Yatai Youth Training has strict management of tattoos as early as 2019.

A few days ago, the State General Administration of Sport replied to the "Proposal on the Urgent Revitalization of Chinese Football", in which the "Proposal on Strengthening the Management of Football Players" clearly put forward a series of specific requirements for tattooed national team players. In view of the tattoo situation of the players, Changchun Yatai Football Club conducted an inspection of the youth players, and no tattoos were found in the youth training players of the various echelons of Yatai.
Yatai Youth Training's strict management of tattoos began as early as 2019, when the club formulated the team's "nine strict" team rules, which clearly require in the life management clause that youth player tattoos are strictly prohibited, and first-team players who have tattoos before the regulations need to report to the club. The formulation of this "nine strict" team rules is mainly to effectively strengthen the management of the players' life, training and competition, fully demonstrate the spirit of "good physical fitness, technical excellence, winning ability and hard style" of Yatai players, and require that the first-team and youth echelon players must strictly abide by them. Among them, the strict prohibition of tattooing of youth players is an important part of the assessment of players in Yatai youth training.
In the "Letter on the Reply to proposal No. 4968 (Medical sports No. 624) of the Fourth Session of the 13th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference", the State General Administration of Sport put forward specific requirements for athletes of national teams at all levels, the national team and U23 national team athletes are strictly prohibited from having new tattoos, and those who have tattoos are advised to remove their tattoos on their own, and if there are special circumstances, they must cover the tattoos during training and competition after the consent of the team; the U20 national team and the national teams at all levels are strictly prohibited from recruiting athletes with tattoos. ”
Previously, the Chinese Football Association has revised the "Measures for the Management of National Team Athletes of the Chinese Football Association", which also clarifies the disciplinary requirements for national team athletes at all levels.
At present, the echelons of yatai youth training of all ages are conducting winter training in Changchun, Guangzhou and Kunming, and the club also requires all teams to strictly abide by the winter training management regulations, strive to improve themselves during the winter training period, strengthen the spirit of hard training, perseverance, unity and cooperation, and become a player with excellent will quality and professional skills.
