On the evening of January 1, 2022, the 2022 New Year Fireworks Show, guided by the Lingang New Area Management Committee of China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone and the Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism, and sponsored by Shanghai Port City Development (Group) Co., Ltd., was held on the shore of Dishui Lake.
At 19:00 p.m., two silver fireworks rose from the east and west directions of the dripping lake, opening the prelude to the fire tree silver flowers. In the next 20 minutes, 34,151 fireworks bombs took the special floating platform as the main position and the platform where the dishui lake center logo was located as the secondary position, following the tone of "surging warm, tenacious and courageous", and bloomed in the order of four chapters such as "New Year's Greeting Spring", "Charm • Shanghai", "Open Pudong" and "Running • Lingang", the largest specification of the salute bomb reached 6 inches, and the highest height reached 225 meters, bringing a visual feast of fire trees and silver flowers to the public.
