Tongnan "Tai'an Fish" was awarded "Chinese Famous Dish"
On October 16-26, 2003, at the 4th "Chinese Food Festival" sponsored by the Chongqing Municipal People's Government and the Chongqing Hotel Association, the "Tai'an Fish" carefully made by He Liangfa, a veteran Chef of Tai'an, Tongnan County, won the honor of "Chinese Famous Cuisine".
