A pickup truck from Canoo, a California electric vehicle powerhouse, won the commercial model award. The pickup's innovative design, impressive features and competitive price earned overwhelming support from the judges. This shows that the competitiveness of new power companies in the electric vehicle market is not inferior to that of traditional manufacturers.

The models selected are from the 46 concept models that have been unveiled at the global auto show from last year to the first quarter of this year, which have demonstrated the future of society and innovative services, and are divided into private cars and commercial vehicles. The judges are 16 car critics from various countries.

The award ceremony took place on November 25 at Renault Samsung in Seoul. KAIST President Li Guangxiong presented awards to Dominique Signola, CEO of Renault Samsung Motors, and Tony Aquila, CEO of Canoo Motors.
