Lanzhou, December 31 (Yan Jiao, Yang Yanmin) "Recently published and issued "Gansu Tibet Dunhuang Testament Research Literature Introduction" includes a total of 17,000 domestic and foreign papers, monographs and other types of research literature data, spanning 110 years. On the 31st, Bai Xin, vice president of Gansu Education Publishing House and responsible editor of the book, introduced it.

Bai Xin said that the content of the "Gansu Tibetan Dunhuang Testament Research Literature Introduction" (hereinafter referred to as "Introduction") covers the research results of the Dunhuang Tibetan Scripture Caves collected throughout Gansu and the Chinese, Tibetan, Uighur, Western Xia, Uighur Mongolian, Basipa, Sanskrit, Syrian and other ethnic texts unearthed in the northern area of the Mogao Caves.

Bai Xin said that the compilation of "Yingde" took nearly 8 years to provide Dunhuang researchers with a relatively complete research literature information on the Collection of Dunhuang Testaments by Gansu Families. The book is funded by the 2020 National Publishing Fund Project and the Publication Fund of the China Dunhuang Grottoes Conservation and Research Foundation, and is also a phased result of the major project of the National Social Science Foundation "Dunhuang Testament Database Construction".

"Although the number of Dunhuang testaments in Gansu is relatively large, the distribution of preservation units and research documents is relatively scattered." Bai Xin also said that after comprehensively collecting these research documents, the compilation team of "Yingde" adopted the method of "taking Tibet as the outline and taking the collection of suicide notes as the purpose" to systematically and detail all the materials. The entire achievement is clearly classified, well-organized, scientifically structured, and well-described and accurate.
