On December 30th, the launching ceremony of the 800V multi-fusion silicon carbide power domain controller project for Junlian Electronic Vehicles was held in Hefei Economic Development Zone. The heads of the District Economic and Trade Bureau, the Investment Promotion Bureau, the Science and Technology Bureau, the Xingang Industrial Park, the Haiheng Group, as well as the Automotive Engineering Technology Research Institute of Hefei University of Technology, the School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering of Anhui Vocational and Technical College, the Ankai Bus Intelligent Network Technology Research Institute, Hefei Changan Automobile, and the Forty-three Institutes of China Electric Power Branch attended the event. At the launching ceremony, Chen Zhaoyin, general manager of Junlian Automotive Electronics, Pan Yishan, vice president of the Automotive Engineering Technology Research Institute of Hegong University, and Sun Hongfei, director of the Investment Promotion Bureau of Hefei Economic Development Zone, delivered speeches respectively.

It is reported that the Junlian Electronic Vehicle 800V multi-fusion silicon carbide power domain controller project is located in the Xingang Integrated Circuit Industrial Park of Hefei Economic Development Zone, with a total investment of about 1 billion yuan, mainly engaged in the research and development, sales and service of multi-fusion power domain controllers (including MCUs, OBC, DCDC, DCAC, PDU, intelligent control software, Internet of Vehicles and other products) based on silicon carbide (Siliconcarbide, SiC) materials.

At present, the project has completed the development of the second generation of vehicle 800V multi-fusion silicon carbide power domain controller product development, which can improve system efficiency, reduce body weight, improve mileage, and effectively solve the "card neck" problem of new energy vehicle development for new energy vehicles.
