The Pear Blossom Festival originates from the unique folk custom of pingtongchuan in the former Pingtongchuan - the flower festival, which flourished in the Tang Dynasty, and the people of Lixiang prayed for more flower buds in the pear tree. In 2009, Yuanping City held the first Ewha Poetry Art Festival, hoping to tap the cultural advantages of Lixiang and promote the deep integration of culture and tourism, and the Ewha Festival has become a poetic business card for Yuanping's foreign cultural and artistic exchanges.
