The joint venture will build more than 5,000 substations by 2025, covering more than 100 cities, conducting a lot of market research and analysis in three years, carefully choosing technical routes, more than 1,000 people participating in research and development, and conducting more than 30,000 related experiments.
As an important way of replenishing energy for pure electric vehicles, "power exchange" has long received policy support. After the new energy market gradually returned to rationality, some car companies began to develop a "power exchange" model with more long-term development prospects.
The Lihe Lifan joint venture will adopt the GBRC platform (Global Battery Rapid Change), which is based on the overall chassis power exchange concept, covering the power exchange technology platform, the model architecture platform and the big data operation platform. At the power exchange mode press conference, Geely exhibited a double-warehouse intelligent substation, covering an area of about 126 square meters, with 39 built-in charging slots, vehicles can be changed at a high speed in the station, and a single station can serve nearly 1,000 times a day.
The "power exchange" service will not only be "power exchange", but includes the "vehicle power separation" management mode and ecological layout of vehicle battery operation, decommissioned battery energy storage and utilization, and scrap battery regeneration.
