Among the ten founding marshals, Mr. Peng can be regarded as the top ranked and relatively famous one. In his lifetime, he fought countless battles and commanded many great victories, which can be said to be a great achievement. But few people know that the emotional life of a marshal who is invincible on the battlefield has undergone several twists and turns. He has had three relationships in his life, but unfortunately he has not reached the end, which is regrettable.

Peng Zong's first love is named Zhou Ruilian, the adopted daughter of his uncle. They grew up together and had a particularly harmonious relationship. When Mr. Peng was 15 years old, he participated in the local peasant uprising, but was wanted by the government and had to leave his hometown. Before Peng Zong left, he and his cousin Zhou Ruilian agreed on a lifelong event, but three years later, when Peng Zong returned to his hometown again, his cousin Zhou Ruilian was bullied and humiliated by the landlord's bully, and she fell off a cliff and died.
After the outbreak of the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression, Liu Kunmo and Mr. Peng met again, and both of them were very excited, but unfortunately it was difficult to reunite with the broken mirror, and they finally began their own lives. Liu Kunmo later entered the Kang Da to study and married Ren Chuxuan, an old Red Army soldier in Shanxi. Mr. Peng also met his second wife, Pu Anxiu, under the mediation of others.
A progressive young woman, Pu Anxiu began her revolutionary career in 1936 when she went from the big city to Yan'an to join the Communist Party. Pu Anxiu had a high level of education, and once went to the anti-Japanese front and organized the masses to join the army and participate in the war. During this time, she met general Peng Da, who was cross-handed, and eventually came together, and married in 1938.
Since then, Pu Anxiu has followed the marshal around the battlefield, through the War of Resistance Against Japan, the War of Liberation, the War to Resist US Aggression and Aid Korea, and has spent decades of ups and downs hand in hand. After the founding of the People's Republic of China, Pu'an Xiuguan went to the deputy secretary of the North Normal University, and Mr. Peng was a well-known founding marshal, and the couple was highly respected by everyone. However, after 1959, many people began to alienate Mr. Peng. Urayasu was also hit hard, she was like a "bird of fright", worried all day, she repeatedly complained to her husband, "You are in charge of the military, why do you want to take care of economic affairs?" In the end, Urayasu failed to persevere and chose to leave the marshal during his most difficult time.
In order not to burden his wife, the marshal agreed to the divorce. At the moment of formal separation, he deliberately selected a large pear, cut it into even halves, and pushed it to Urayasu. The marshal said: "I agree to divorce, but do not eat pears, because I am not willing to break up in my heart." Pu Anxiu still picked up the pear, and after eating it, he left, looking at the distant figure of his wife, the lonely heart of the marshal, and it became even more bitter from then on.
In 1974, when the New Year's bell rang, Mr. Peng was still suffering in the hospital, and the torture of illness made him look haggard, often fell into a coma, and could no longer eat anything. Because the marshal had no children, most of the time it was his niece Peng Meikui who took care of him. In September, the hospital issued a critical illness notice. The task force then asked Peng Meikui, does anyone in your family still want to visit? Peng Meikui thought about it, and finally shook his head without mentioning his aunt Pu Anxiu.
Later, the staff still went to the Beijing Normal University, found Pu Anxiu, and asked her face to face, "The marshal is critically ill, do you want to see the last one?" Urayasu hesitated after listening to it, but in the end she shook her head fiercely, she did not expect that this wrong decision would make her regret it for the rest of her life.
On November 29, 1974, Marshal Peng reached the last moment when a heart that had been working for 76 years stopped beating. When he died, he had no relatives or comrades around him, just a cold wind outside the window, a winter of slaughter.
Time passed, and Urayasu gradually understood many things, and she hated what she had done. Because the divorce was not approved by the organization, Pu Anxiu was still the marshal's wife and enjoyed generous treatment, but the Peng family was indignant and had great opinions. In order to make up for his mistakes and at the same time comfort the marshal's spirit in heaven, in his later years, Urayasu spent a lot of time sorting out the marshal's writings, and at the same time presided over the publication of some books, which had a great response. In May 1991, Pu anxiu died in Beijing at the age of 73.
