Zhang Guimei, 64, suffers from bone tumors, rheumatism, pulmonary fibrosis and other diseases, and has to take a lot of medicine every day. At the beginning of 2018, Zhang Guimei was critically ill and hospitalized, and she even hoped that the civil affairs department would give her funeral expenses in advance, and she wanted to watch the money be used for the children.
