The indictment against the man for robbing others of their money indicted Liu An and Liu Kun. The Wugang Municipal People's Procuratorate held that Liu An and Liu Kun had ganged up to rob other people's property by means of violence and coercion, and their acts had violated article 263 of the Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China, the facts of the crime were clear, the evidence was credible and sufficient, and they should be investigated for criminal responsibility for the crime of robbery.
According to the indictment, Zhou Jie and Yang Ziwen have been sentenced, and Liao Wei has been dealt with in a separate case.
