According to the news released by "Clean Shanghai" on December 29, Ren Yun, the former manager of the marketing department of the Skoda brand of SAIC Volkswagen Automobile Co., Ltd., is suspected of serious violations of the law and is currently under supervision and investigation by the Jiading District Supervision Commission.

This is the second case in three months that SAIC Skoda executives have been investigated for suspected illegal acts.

According to the news released by "Clean Shanghai" on October 15 this year, Xie Jinhui, executive director of the Skoda brand marketing business and executive director of the Skoda brand business of SAIC Volkswagen Automobile Co., Ltd., was suspected of serious violations of the law and has been subject to supervision and investigation by the Jiading District Supervisory Commission.

SAIC Skoda's performance has declined significantly in recent years, according to the public sales data of the Association of Automobile Associations, from January to November this year, the cumulative sales volume of SAIC Skoda was only about 51,800 vehicles, of which the monthly sales volume in November was 7,800 vehicles, a year-on-year decline of 59.59%, and the proportion of market sales shrank to 0.43%.
