For us, the story of Kong Rong's pear is familiar to all of us, and the Book of the Later Han Dynasty reads: "When I was four years old, I ate pears with my brothers, and melted and introduced the little ones." The adult asked why, and replied, "My little child, the one who takes the little one." 'By is the clan oddity. This means that when Kong Rong was four years old, he ate pears at home with his brothers and sisters in the family, and then he always took the youngest, and the adults in the family asked him why? He said: I am the youngest, I should take the youngest. This story has also become a model for most of our parents to teach their children to respect the old and love the young, and there is also an allusion to "melting four years old and making pears" in the "Three Character Classic".
In ancient China, the implementation of the official appointment system of filial piety, that is to say, those who enter the army as officials, the first thing to examine is whether this person is filial piety, whether there is benevolence, people with better moral character will be recommended or hand-picked to be officials, and Kong Rong, as a "moral" celebrity in that period, is naturally indispensable to him, from the general all the way to the Beihai Xiang, when the age was only thirty-eight years old, in today's words can be regarded as a rocket promotion.
According to the normal direction of the story, such a person, the final path should be to work hard, and eventually leave a name in history, but the truth of history often makes people surprised.
After Kong Rong arrived in beihai, he did not perceive the people as we imagined, and sympathized with the suffering of the people of beihai, but spent all day fishing and meat, drinking and having fun, and treating the abuse of power, even to the point of tyranny. Historical records record:
"The Imperial Dictionary 262 "Qin Zi" says: Kong Wenju was the Face of the North Sea, and he was bereaved by his father, weeping on the side of the tomb, and the color was not haggard, and Wenju killed him." It is said that after Kong Rong became the Beihai Xiang, one day when he went out in a car, he met a woman crying on the road, and Kong Rong asked someone to ask her what she was crying when he was bored. The woman said that his father was dead, and Kong Rong felt that her face was not gaunt enough, and she cried not sad enough, so he killed her.
Similarly, his political exploits can only be described as "a mess", kong Rong's Beihai was harassed by the "Yellow Turban Army" for many years, the people were not happy, and he repeatedly sent troops to encircle and suppress them all ended in failure. In the first year of Jian'an, the "Yellow Turban Army" attacked the capital of Beihai County, the two sides were deadlocked for four or five months, but Kong Rong still drank and enjoyed himself every day, and on the day before the destruction of the city, he felt that Beihai could not be defended, so he left the whole city and his wife, rode away overnight and fled to Cao Cao, and finally the people of Beihai were slaughtered, and his wife was also captured by the "Yellow Turban Army" and tortured to death.
After defecting to Cao Cao, Kong Rong still did not repent, drank and had fun every day, and at the same time made a big fuss about some of Cao Cao's practices, which caused Cao Cao's dissatisfaction. He even said a lot of rebellious words, according to historical records:
After Kong Wen held up a drink, he said, "What kind of relative should the Father be to the Son?" In its original meaning, it is actually the ear of lust; the mother and the son, also reverberate to the ear of lust. For example, if something is sent in a bottle, it will be out of the bottle! ”
It is said that one day Kong Rong drank wine and said: "What is the kiss between father and son?" In fact, the son is born after the father's desire is finished, is the mother and the child related? It's like there's something in a jar and you pour it out, what's the relationship between the two? Such words sound like subverting the three views in our time, not to mention that in that era of filial piety, Kong Rong's words came out, the whole country was shocked, and Cao Cao also found an excuse to kill Kong Rong because of this matter.
Kong Rong's life reminds me of the saying: "When the hour is over, the big is not necessarily better", he is because of "filial piety."
