Recently, WEILAI Energy signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Hebei High-speed Group Yanzhao Yixing Co., Ltd. to jointly build a high-speed power exchange network in Hebei. The cooperation between the two sides makes full use of their respective resource advantages, with Yanzhao Yixing providing the venue and NIO investing in the construction of charging and replacing power stations and distribution facilities.
WEILAI has opened up the Hebei section of the four high-speed power exchange networks of G1 Beijing-Harbin, G2 Beijing-Shanghai, G4 Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao, and G5 Beijing-Kunming. With the strategic cooperation between NIO Energy and Yanzhao Yixing, the two sides will build WEILAI swap power stations in the main service areas of the Hebei section of the expressway such as G1 Jingha, G3 Jingtai, G4 Beijing, Hong Kong and Macao, G20 Qingyin, G45 Daguang, etc., to further increase the site density of the high-speed power exchange network in Hebei Province and provide users with a faster and more convenient travel experience.
Up to now, WEI HAS built a total of 753 substations (including 202 expressway substations), 582 supercharging stations, 614 destination charging stations, and more than 440,000 third-party charging piles in the country. NIO Power's "rechargeable, replaceable and upgradable" energy service system provides car owners with all-scenario power-up services, and is committed to making power-up more convenient than refueling.
