Since ancient times, there has been an idiom widely circulated in China, and this idiom is called bearing the burden of humiliation. This idiom perfectly illustrates the idea in life situations that when you feel insulted, you might as well put up with it and wash away the shame later. Han Xin was once humiliated by his crotch and commanded millions of troops, and Wu Zixu sought survival and avenged the king of Chu. Such vivid examples have taught us a truth, only by eating bitterly can we become superiors. In modern times, Wang Shusheng, the founding general of our country, has also suffered such an insult, but he is willing to suffer this insult.

Wang Shusheng, formerly known as Wang Hongxin, his hometown is Magang, Macheng, Hubei Province. In 1926 he joined the Communist Party of China, formed the first peasant armed force in Macheng County, and participated in and led the Jute Uprising in 1927. From June to December 1929, Wang Shusheng led the team to successfully smash the three meetings of Luo Lin, Li Kebang, Xu Yuanquan and Xia Douyin, annihilating many local reactionary militia groups, and laying a perfect foundation for the formation of the later Eyu Border Soviet District.

By 1933, Wang Shusheng was already the commander of the Ninth Army of the Communist Party of China, but he was about to usher in a dignified choice in his life. In 1933, the Ninth Army led by Wang Shusheng fought a battle against the Ma family army in the Hexi Corridor. However, what people did not expect in this battle was that Wang Shusheng's Ninth Army was surrounded by Ma Jia's army, and the Ninth Army suffered heavy losses, and only a few people escaped from the encirclement.

However, the blessing was incomparable to the misfortune, and after Wang Shusheng and several people broke through and rushed out of the encirclement circle, before they had time to catch their breath, they encountered another trouble. Wang Shusheng and several people came to a village and prepared to rest here. However, when Wang Shusheng and a few people were resting, trouble came. There is a nest of bandits on the distant hills around this village, and on weekdays these bandits come to the village to fight the autumn wind when they have nothing to do, and then they ride horses to plague the surrounding townships.

At that time, there were such bandit strongholds everywhere in the land of China, and some people could not start even if they wanted to manage, so this gang of bandits was becoming more and more rampant. There are people who have guns in their own hands, and they do not pay any attention to the various armies, only recognize money, and never recognize people. This gang of bandits has long arranged eyeliner in the surrounding townships and villages, specifically to keep an eye on people from all walks of life. If they encounter a "fat sheep", they may as well rob it.

Then again, Wang Shusheng's footsteps had just stepped into this bandit's realm and were targeted by those who were stalking. For a moment, these people saw Wang Shusheng and several people wearing military uniforms and looked as if they had just experienced a battle, and they were a little unsure for a while. They were afraid that there were still a large number of troops in ambush behind Wang Shusheng's men, so they pressed their nerves and prepared for a good observation. After the people who had gone to investigate returned to report, these people put their minds at ease, it turned out that there were several soldiers who did not know where they came from, and there was no army ambush behind them.

These people ran non-stop to the cottage and reported the incident to their own leader. So these bandits went down the mountain in a mighty way, preparing to rob the village while exploring the bottom of Wang Shusheng's several people. After arriving at the village, Wang Shusheng and several people had already been alarmed by the sound of horses' hooves. When he went out, he saw the bandit leader firing his gun into the air and asking a few soldiers to come out. Several of Wang Shusheng's warriors were furious, and they had already made up their minds to find the bandits to die with them.

But Wang Shusheng stopped them, and the other side had many people and more guns and ammunition than them. Even if they go out and send them to death, then these bandits will inevitably not vent their anger on the villagers. Then Wang Shusheng went out alone and held discussions with the bandit leader. He told the bandits that several of them belonged to the ranks of the Chinese Communist Party, and that the people in these villages were poor people who could take anything, but they should not harm a single person's life. Then he knelt down to the bandit boss.

This bandit was also an unobstructed man, and when he saw Wang Shusheng's posture lowered, he also saw that as a high-ranking military official, he could kneel down for people he didn't know, just to beg him to let these people go. He thought about it for a moment, so he asked his subordinates to go to the village to get some things, said a good word to Wang Shusheng, and then turned the horse's head back to the cottage. After the bandits left, Wang Shusheng got up from the ground. Several warriors looked at the scene of Wang Shusheng kneeling down and did not understand.

But Wang Shusheng waved his hand and said, "It is said that there is gold under the knees of boys, and they cannot kneel down casually." But if these people's lives could be saved, it didn't matter if this gold was needed. After hearing this, several soldiers greatly admired Wang Shusheng's selfless spirit of the masses, which is why Wang Shusheng was able to become the founding general of the country later, because his heart was full of innocent people.
