On December 27, 2021, the Ministry of Public Security issued three departmental regulations, namely, the Regulations on the Registration of Motor Vehicles, the Regulations on the Application and Use of Motor Vehicle Driver's Licenses, and the Measures for the Administration of Scoring points for Road Traffic Safety Violations, and at the same time launched 9 new measures for the convenience of public security traffic management for the benefit of the people and enterprises.
