According to Jazz reporter Sarah Todd, Jazz star Mitchell will miss the next two away games due to a waist strain. He will remain in Salt Lake City for treatment.
The Jazz will play the Spurs at 9.30am on the 28th and the Blazers at 11am on the 30th.
So far this season, Mitchell has played in 31 games for the Jazz, averaging 32.8 minutes per game, 25.4 points, 3.8 rebounds, 5 assists and 1.6 steals, and shooting 33.7% from three-point range.
