Among them, the average winning rate of families is 1.93%, the average winning rate of individuals is 0.27%, and the family winning rate is 7 times that of individuals.

Since the beginning of this year, Beijing has optimized the regulation and control policy of the number of passenger cars, and by giving "car-free families" significantly higher than the individual's ordinary index lottery winning rate and the number of new energy index quotas, priority has been given to solving the needs of "car-free families" with many family members, old and young, and "car-free families" who have participated in the lottery more times in the past.

On the morning of December 26, the second phase of the ordinary passenger car index lottery was launched, with about 600,000 families and 2.7 million individuals in the same pool. Judging from the configuration results of the lottery site, a total of 19,100 household and individual ordinary passenger car indicators were allocated, of which 11,665 were configured family indicators, accounting for 61%; 7435 personal indicators were configured, accounting for 39%; the average winning rate of families was 1.93%, the average winning rate of individuals was 0.27%, and the household winning rate was 7 times that of individuals. In the first phase of the lottery launched on June 26 this year, the household index accounted for 56.1%, and the average winning rate of families was 6.8 times that of individuals.

For some citizens concerned about the high-scoring families who did not win the lottery, how to "properly" obtain the indicators as soon as possible, the relevant person in charge of the Municipal Passenger Car Indicator Office made an answer. Due to the randomness of the ordinary index lottery, the probability of winning the lottery for families with high points will be higher, but it cannot be guaranteed that they will be selected, and it is recommended that high-scoring families give priority to new energy indicators. According to the document, the proportion of household new energy indicators will be increased next year, and it is expected to increase from 32,000 in 2021 to more than 37,000. Judging from the declaration situation, the score line of the household new energy index configuration in May next year is about 40 points. In other words, families with current points of 40 points are expected to obtain new energy indicators next year.
