Zhang Shiyi built a commercial cemetery on the north side of the Guangxu Emperor's Chongling Tomb, later known as the "Hualong Royal Cemetery", which Zhang Shiyi claimed was a mausoleum specially built for Puyi, the last emperor of the Qing Dynasty, and he only needed Li Shuxian's consent to invite Puyi's ashes here.
