Everyone may know and have seen Mr. Jin Yong's "Eight Parts of the Heavenly Dragon" and "The Book of the Slaughtering dragon in the heavens", but there is also a "Book of Swords and Enmity" that everyone may not know much about.
This "Book of Swords and Vengeance" not only contains Mr. Jin Yong's consistent martial arts significance, but also contains a hidden shot and insult to the Yongzheng Emperor. So why did Mr. Jin Yong write a book insulting the Yongzheng Emperor for no reason? This involves a century-old history of family hatred caused by a literal prison about Yongzheng and the Cha family.

Jin Yong, born in 1924, originally from Haining City, Jiaxing City, Zhejiang Province, whose real name is Zha Liangyong, is a famous contemporary writer of martial arts novels. As for why Mr. Jin Yong had a grudge against the Yongzheng Emperor, it would have to be traced back to Mr. Jin Yong's ancestor Cha Si Ting. Cha Siting, born during the Kangxi Dynasty, was talented when he was young and famous in the township.
Later, Zha Siting did indeed go a long way on the road of the imperial examination, and was appreciated and promoted by the powerful people of the dynasty, Long Keduo and Cai Jue, and his career path can be said to be bright. However, in the fourth year of Yongzheng, a major case that shocked the whole country occurred, and the protagonist of the incident was Zha Siting.
In the fourth year of Yongzheng, Zha Siting, who was serving as the chief examiner of the Jiangxi Township Examination, was arrested and imprisoned by the Yongzheng Emperor on the pretext that "a gentleman does not use words to raise people up, does not use people to abolish words" and "if he uses them to form a road, if he does not use it, then Mao Sai Zhiyi", he was caught by the Yongzheng Emperor and arrested and imprisoned on the pretext that Cha Si Ting tried to slander Junshang. But in fact, this is a matter of making things out of nothing, and the two examination questions of the Zha Siting court are actually not a little problematic, which is completely in line with the norms of the examination questions of previous generations.
However, the Yongzheng Emperor was the one who disposed of Cha Si Ting, and who called Cha Si Ting a party that belonged to Long Keduo and Cai Jue? It is precisely for this reason that, according to normal law, the Court of Cha Si Ting will at best end up with a dismissal. However, because the Yongzheng Emperor was an emperor who could not rub sand, the final disposition of Zha Siting was executed by Ling Chi, and the Zha family was also implicated, as were his brothers, among which his brother Zha Shenxing was arrested and sent to Beijing for the crime of not teaching, and was released the following year, but soon died of depression.
There is a Qing generation, and the literal prison is flourishing. In order to achieve the goal of cracking down on dissidents and maintaining their own rule, the Manchu Qing dynasty was very willing and fond of raising a literal prison, especially during the Qianlong period. The same was true of the Yongzheng Emperor, who, during his reign, was very wary of the princes and ministers forming a party for personal gain, fearing that they would join forces to overthrow their thrones.
Zha Siting and Zha Shenxing were among the victims, in fact, during the Kangxi Period, the two brothers could be called favored for a while. At that time, the two were also very affectionate towards the Qing Dynasty, but after the "Zha Si Ting Science Field Examination Case", the Zha family no longer had any good feelings for the Manchu Qing court, and were even full of resentment.
If it were not for the blow of the Yongzheng Emperor, the Zha family would still be the most famous Shuxiang family in Zhejiang, and would not have ended up with a miserable end of being separated by a wife and a family. Therefore, it is reasonable for Jin Yong to write a book scolding the Yongzheng Emperor.
Jin Yong finally died of illness on October 30, 2018, which is a loss to the country and the nation. Many martial arts novels written by Mr. Jin Yong are very worthy of everyone's review, if you want to know more about Mr. Jin Yong's feelings for the Yongzheng Emperor, please move to the "Book of Swords and Vengeance".
