Prepare ingredients: 400g of flour, a little olive oil, salt, 60g of cold water, 180g of boiling water;

1. Dough, kneading, waking dough:

3. Roll out the thick dough:

5. Roll out the crust

6. Steamed cake: Take a steamer or a higher pan, put on the basket drawer steaming curtain and large disc, and heat the pan with water.

7. Remove from the pan

Bring out the steamed cakes, cover the lid and let them cool for 2 minutes, until the temperature is not hot, you can tear each group of cakes apart one by one. This way you can enjoy the burrito dish!
