According to the "General Design Code for Mobile Internet Applications (App) Suitable Aging" (hereinafter referred to as the "General Design Code"), the home page of the mobile application embedded in the age-appropriate version of the interface must have a significant entrance, support switching to the old version, or give a significant switching prompt when entering for the first time, and provide the "Elder Edition" entrance in the "Settings". However, most of the App homepages on the remodeling list do not have an old version switch entrance, which requires users to change it in the "Settings". On the contrary, after switching to "elder mode", there is a significant "back to standard mode" reminder on the home page.

However, in several Apps such as Hungry Mo and Dingdang Fast Medicine, when users search for the "Elder Edition", the page will only appear with products with keywords, and will not immediately switch modes or bounce out of the "Elder Mode" entrance, and it is impossible to achieve the "direct access" of the old version. "Font getting bigger" is the most prominent feature of the old version, but the font of the second-level page of the old version of the App such as Alipay and Ele.me is the same as the standard mode, and it is not fully adapted. On some Apps, open the large character concise mode, the home page font becomes larger, click into the "mall", but there is no corresponding change. Less app store area

However, it is regrettable that several mainstream app stores on the market have not set up a special area for aging and barrier-free Apps, and in the elderly population, the awareness of "App has an age-appropriate version" is limited, so the popularity rate is not high.
