The change and flow of talents will bring about the adjustment and optimization of the entire society and industrial structure.

Lin Fan revealed that since last year, Pulse has begun to try to penetrate from the Internet industry to the new economic field. In terms of the dimension of net talent inflow, the Internet and the new economy field present two changes: First, in 2021, the Internet factories are still safe havens, and the TOP.3 enterprises with net talent inflow are the new "BAT" combination. The new BAT here refers to ByteDance, Alibaba and Tencent. Byte is particularly "ferocious" in terms of talent acquisition.

Secondly, from the perspective of the new economic field, the education and training industry is affected by the "double reduction", and there are watershed changes in the first half of the year and the second half of the year. However, the new energy vehicle, intelligent hardware, and chip industries have supported this year's employment growth, and new energy vehicles are the king of opportunities this year. The next "BAT" may be born in the new economy.
