The Yongzheng Emperor we are going to talk about here today is the ultimate winner of the nine sons, and the Hongzhi in that title is the fifth son of the Yongzheng Emperor. Therefore, even Yongzheng, who is scheming, cannot avoid the sons fighting for power and profit, but in order to test the sons, they are also to deter them, so there is a series of dialogues between Yongzheng and the sons, the most wonderful of which is him and Hongzhi.
The story is that this Hongzhi was born as yongzheng's fifth son, and this fifth son was destined to be unusual from birth, because his good background was the daughter of the imperial concubine Concubine Fu jin and the deputy governor Wu Shitu, and at the age of twenty-one, he was named the Prince of Heshuo and even if he was not a concubine, the competition for the position of prince was still very powerful. But what is unexpected is that this young prince seems to have no interest in the throne at all, and he has been chanting poems all day long, singing wine and singing, it can be said that his private life is extremely loose and promiscuous, and he likes to bully people and love to do funerals and eat sacrifices to earn himself a ridiculous prince's reputation.
It can be said that from this point of view, most people will think that this Hongzhi has given up the throne and abandoned himself, but at the same time, Yongzheng, who was born in the imperial family, is not so foolish, after all, who can guarantee that you are not pretending to be crazy and crazy, but in fact, Taoguang is obscure? So one day Yongzheng summoned Hongzhi to the palace for a separate question in order to test whether Hongzhi had really given up the power struggle.
Yongzheng questioning is also very skilled, he will not directly ask about the throne but first start from the father-son relationship, the approximate meaning of this question is That Hongzhi Ah you see that I have so many children, all say that the son is like the father, but I think this is not all right, some children are very much like some children, I think so many children are the most similar to you and me.
Hongzhi knew as soon as he heard it that this was definitely not an ordinary nagging, if it was said that the emperor did not say that he had the appearance of the son of heaven, and now several princes were still fighting for the throne, if they said that they should say that they should say that this was undoubtedly telling the emperor that he had the ambition and ability to seize the throne, the side of the dragon bed allowed others to sleep, and carefully pondered the stakes inside, Hongzhi had to answer, although he was like the emperor in personality or anything, but his ability to learn was far from being comparable, Yunyun pretended to be humble and finally evaded Yongzheng's interrogation.
To this day, this dialogue is still being enjoyed by people, and everyone not only exclaims the royal hardships but also praises the extraordinary double business and planning of these two people.
