Enterprises organize production and operation, production technology training, on-site guidance, organization of planting management, market development and product sales. Cooperatives organize mass labor, maintain production management order, and participate in daily management. Surrounding farmers are directly involved in migrant production. Turned into a forest farm, the red bamboo thorn under the forest planted 3,000 sticks per mu, invested 18,000 yuan, produced 900 pounds of red bamboo shoot fresh products, guaranteed the bottom selling price of 30 yuan per catty, the mu output value of up to 27,000 yuan, profit of 9,000 yuan. The annual output value of more than 1,500 mu of red bamboo thorns can reach 40.5 million yuan.

"The red bamboo base under the forest began construction in March this year, and now it is the harvest period, the daily labor volume when planting is more than 150 people, now it is 70 or 80 people per day, and it is expected to increase to 150 or 60 people in half a month." The workers who pick bamboo are divided into three shifts, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., and there are people picking bamboo shooters in the forest. Each person works 8 hours a day and earns 100 yuan.
