The famous Hu family generals in history have made great achievements in battle and are brave and fearless, but they cannot be reused
In ancient China, many historical novels appeared in the folk, most of which described some strange things that happened in the change of dynasties. Among them, it will also appear when some countries are engaged in wars, and a large number of representatives of very brave warriors will emerge. Today we will tell you about the most famous "three generals" in history.

In fact, these characters have archetypal basis in history, so some people who are familiar with ancient Chinese history will have more or less understanding of some of these stories. In fact, the Yang family will, the Xue family will be familiar with these related stories, many people are familiar with it, so today we will popularize the last Hu family general. What would it be like to see the Hu family in real history?
Although many people call them Hujia generals, in fact, we can call them "Huyan family generals", because Huyan is a surname derived from the Xiongnu and Xianbei peoples, and later after arriving in the Central Plains, it was Sinicized. Such a group of people lived in the north of the Central Plains, and one of the most famous figures was in the Five Dynasties and Ten Kingdoms period, a soldier named Hu Yanqun, who served as a commanding envoy at that time, and his son was HuYanzan, who was very famous in later history.
Hu Yanzan was born into a family of generals, and he practiced martial arts assiduously since he was a child, so he said that he was skilled. Later, Zhao Kuangyin discovered his talent, so he made him the head of the Eastern Squad, and then moved to Xiaoxiong's army. In the early years of the founding of the Northern Song Dynasty, Hu Yanzan participated in the war to eliminate Later Shu at that time, and was later reused.
After the campaign to eliminate the Northern Han Dynasty, Hu Yanzan was the first to break through the taiyuan city wall, and when Emperor Taizong of Song learned of this news, he rewarded him with a golden veil as a reward. Many people may feel that a person like Hu Yanzan is actually a very reckless person, but the actual situation is just the opposite, Hu Yanzan has his own great wisdom in his head, and we can see it from the following incident. After eliminating the Northern Han Dynasty, Emperor Taizong of Song wanted to continue the war in one fell swoop, and many ministers agreed, but only Hu Yanzan expressed his opposition. Later, because he was the only one who opposed it, he decided to send troops, and in the end, the defeat was very tragic.
Later, Emperor Taizong of Song wanted to further enfeoff Huyanzan, but he himself said that he very much wanted to go to the frontier to make meritorious contributions and did not want to stay with the emperor all the time. So Hu Yanzan wanted to perform the martial arts in his family in front of the emperor, so the emperor agreed.
Hu Yanzan led his four sons, and after the emperor reluctantly took out his housekeeping skills, he made a show, which can be said to be very powerful, and Song Taizong was also very happy to watch, but in the end he only rewarded the Huyanzan family with some gold and silver jewelry, and then did not agree to their request to go to the frontier to fight.
Because Song Taizong had already lost twice during the battle, he completely gave up the idea of recovering the lost land. Moreover, at that time, he wanted to defend his current territory and did not want to expand the territory, so Song Taizong was very unsupportive of Huyanzan's idea of going to the frontier. Because if they sent their father and son to the frontier, it would definitely lead to war, and these were things that Song Taizong did not want to see. In addition, at that time, Song Taizong supported "heavy literature and light martial arts", so Huyanzan's father and son had no place to play in their lives.
Later, Emperor Zhenzong of Song ascended the throne and asked HuYanzan to guard the tomb of his mother, which can be said to have made Huyanzan very disappointed, and he fell ill and died soon after. After his death, his descendants were never reused, so the Huyan family was not very famous in the history books.
