On July 16, Zhuo Xiongfeng, Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Director of the Management Committee of the Red Bay Development Zone, led a team to carry out safety supervision and inspection of the construction project of the Haifeng to Red Bay Development Zone of the Xingshan Expressway (hereinafter referred to as the "Haihong Section of the Xingshan Expressway").
The second phase of the Haihong section of the Xingshan Expressway is the southernmost section of the provincial expressway network planning "three vertical Meizhou Pingyuan to Shanwei Red Bay". The total length of the second phase of the project is 15.4 kilometers, using two-way four lanes, the design speed is 100 km / h, the route starts from Shagang, Chikeng Town, Haifeng County, Shanwei City, docks with the first phase of the Xingshan Expressway Project, passes through Chikeng Town, Haifeng County, Shanwei City, Tianqian Street, Hongwan Development Zone, and ends in Taling Village, Tianqian Street, Hongwan Bay, and connects to Hongwan Avenue. It is of great significance to promote the economic and social development of the Red Bay.
"Have you conducted a security check?" Entering the project construction site, Zhuo Xiongfeng inquired about the project leader of the participating units and conducted key inspections of the project quality, hidden danger investigation and rectification, equipment use and maintenance. In the process of inspection, it was found that the conditions of each construction project were good and the construction site was safe and controllable, but it was also found that some engineering projects had problems such as quality and safety hazards and irregular vigilance settings. The project leader of the participating units said that each construction link will be strictly required to compare the relevant content requirements, and each link will be carefully implemented.
At the subsequent symposium, Zhuo Xiongfeng gave feedback on the problems found in the inspection, and asked the project participating units to rectify in a timely manner, strengthen the management of safe production work, further improve the safety conditions of operation, standardize the safety behavior of employees, strictly control the quality and safety of key processes, and implement the main responsibility of enterprise safety production, such as decisively taking emergency measures to stop production and stop business for rectification if safety production cannot be guaranteed. The competent departments in charge of natural resources should account for the scale of land requisitioned and newly acquired land, do a good job of land use review, approval, and supervision, guide and track the approval of land use, coordinate the balance of cultivated land occupation and compensation, and strictly implement land reclamation, stripping and reusing the cultivated layer of construction projects, and strengthen the protection of cultivated land. It is necessary to strengthen the prevention and control of the epidemic, continue to do a good job in the registration of construction personnel and body temperature monitoring, strictly prohibit outsiders from entering the construction site, and do a good job of physical condition inspection of those on duty.
