A construction industry practitioner who did not want to be named told Health Times that from the on-site video and photo footage, the bridge deck is complete without cracks, the bridge pier section is flat, and the bridge is collapsing as a whole, so it should not be a bridge quality problem.

However, the design code is in line with previous industry specifications, which were currently revised in 2018.
At the same time, the industry insider suggested that in the blank period of the specification design requirements, there are still similar design problems in the domestic bridge, and it is still in operation, the rollover incident should cause reflection, it is recommended that such a bridge be checked, one is to limit the weight, prohibit overweight vehicles from driving on the viaduct in the city; the second is to call on the relevant departments to investigate this and strengthen the bridge with problems.
